Episode Overview
On this episode of the Sexology Podcast, I’m joined by Vanessa Marin to talk about masturbation, pre-orgasmic women and what that means. We also discuss some of our favorite sex toys and common recommendations made to clients.
Many women struggle with achieving orgasm. We just don’t talk about it enough. A lot of women feel embarrassed about masturbation and personal pleasure. Many women have also received negative messages about masturbation.
It’s important to start with your beliefs and what you were taught about masturbation. Try to trace back in your history where you learned those things. You might have been taught and developed certain beliefs but it’s important to now ask yourself if those are beliefs you want to continue to have. You get to choose how you think, what you feel and what you believe.
